We cannot emphasize enough the importance of looking after your skin to keep its vibrant glow. Excessive sun exposure can lead the formation of wrinkles, color spots on the skin, blotchiness, swollen veins, and even skin cancer with more serious cases. So when you’re going out there, remember to always wear your sunscreen.
Some people argue that the sun is a great natural source of Vitamin D—yes it is! But you don’t have to be lying out in the sun all day to do that. 5 to 30 minutes of outdoor activities twice a week is more than enough. And you can even supplement your diet with food rich in Vitamin D. Dairy products, fish, liver, and eggs can fix you right up. But if you want to do it the natural way, then by all means, you are welcome to go outside, just don’t forget to always wear your sunscreen.
Some people don’t like the sticky feel of the lotion formulation of some sunscreen products. We have a spray-on alternative just for you. It is easy to apply and reapply as necessary, and it won’t leave you with the sticky sensation. Whichever formulations you choose, though, please just don’t forget to always wear your sunscreen.
